Since we got back from half-term Mrs Stuart has bravely been longboarding to school, raising money for two charities: Parkinson’s UK and Umunandi. Parkinson’s UK helps sufferers from Parkinson’s disease and their families by providing nursing and medical advice. It also funds research into the causes and treatment of the disease. Umunandi is a small charity based in Stourbridge, which works directly with Greenpark School, Zambia, sponsoring teachers and pupils to make it easier for children to gain an education.
You can sponsor her by filling in the form outside the school office. There are also forms in the middle and upper school classrooms.
