Stourbridge Nursery & Kindergarten Packages
Seedlings:
3 & 4 year olds
Funded Package - up to 30 fully funded hours, equating to up to four mornings. Minimum number of mornings is 2.
Funded Package+ - additional morning and/or afternoons and invoiced termly, in advance. Additional mornings are invoiced at £30.09, full days at £44.81 on non-funded days, or at the afternoon element of the full-day provision on funded days.
Buds: 5 year olds
Post Funding Package - Up to 5 mornings. The number of Mornings would not be reduced unless agreed by the department, Invoiced termly, in advance. (£30.39 per morning)
Post Funding Package+ - Up to 5 full days (8.40-3.15). Terms as above.(44.81 per day)
Blossoms: The academic year your child turns 6
Transition Package - 3 full days and 2 mornings on set days of the week. invoiced termly. Fixed package.
Transition Package+ - as above but with additional full days ( Wednesday and/or Friday) afternoons.
Invoiced Termly in advance. (£14.42 per afternoon) .
Stay and Play afternoons: £37 per half term. The first session is a free taster. You are welcome to attend more than one session but each one will be charged.
All sessions are led by an experienced Early Years teacher and follow a similar structure of play, craft activity (for adults too!), ring time (a time to gather in a circle and sing songs, move and play games), tidying up and snack time. There is also the chance to play outside and explore Elmfield’s beautiful grounds.
The clear rhythm in both the morning and afternoon sessions provides the children with a sense of reassurance and security. It also supports the adults in the group. The rhythm we establish continues into our Nursery and Kindergartens.
The group is also an opportunity for you to learn more about Waldorf Education and gently get your child used to the school environment.
